What are we doing on this planet? Do we know what we want? In search of a purpose I went back to the origin. Back to nature, childhood and farther away from materialism. We know the world is mathematically ordered, but it is still a hard description to understand, if we can’t experience the world that way.
Chaos runs in the beginning, afterwards the world became more and more ordered. If we look at the story of Adam and Eve, there was no purpose in the Garden of Eden. After Eve misbehaved there was a purpose, because of the newly imposed constrains we have to survive in order to live. Nowadays the world is full of restrictions and it is hard to find a place where you can hang out and experience the world without over thinking things.
It is a good thing to doubt your identity, so you can redefine yourself. We live in a world that is not ours but is created by others, still you have to identify yourself. The pictures are “made” to create uncertainties so that you can understand yourself. What time is it? And where am I?
Your ideas and fantasy are free so you can create your own truth. Without rules there is uncertainty about the situation. But there are limits in the pictures, and that is how you can create ideas. You can think about the thoughts you had as a child when you were alone without your parents.
Why Mare Tranquillitatis? Mare refers to water, which symbolizes inaccessibility. The title is also the name of a crater on the Moon. We can’t know and see everything, because the crater is dark.
